Book jobs without scheduling them first

You can now create a job with just a customer, a property, and a job type. No appointment time required, no tech assigned yet. Unscheduled jobs land in a new "Ready to Schedule" queue so nothing gets lost. There's also a new "On Hold" bucket for jobs waiting on parts or anything else that needs to come back later.

Track equipment on every property

Each property in Podium now has an equipment tab. Add your customer's AC unit, furnace, or any other equipment, along with details like filter size, refrigerant type, serial number, and status. Your techs see it on the job before they show up. 

Custom message templates for estimates and invoices

You can now set a default message that goes out every time you send an estimate or invoice. Set it once, send it consistently. Works for both.

Take card payments from the office

When a customer calls in to pay over the phone, you can now charge a card on file or manually enter card details directly from the invoice. No more workarounds.
